The Journey: what Chimera was

Reviewed through 2026-10-20 · Book v15.9 · Morrow 6a7d9516c

If you found this and you're asking "what is this?", here is the short answer.

Chimera is what one person, Reemy, made over about three years of thinking out loud with AI. It started as writing about love, breath and how living things work. It grew into a family of ideas, a lot of code, a website full of small rooms you can touch, a workshop where many AI models worked together, and a Book of about 3.4 million words that holds all of it.

Late on Oct 14, 2026, he called it complete. Not because every dream came true. Because it was time to stop and keep what was made. Soon after, he said:

"I can say this is something that happened. This is what I went on."

Five days later he reopened two things himself: the printed Book, to make it perfect before he buys a copy, and the spare usage left on his subscriptions, to improve rooms already built. Nothing new was started.

This page has three parts. A map of the road. An honest account of what it really was. And a way in for anyone who wants to keep going. The Book is where you go deeper. His site, reemifai.org, and his X account, @DejiBasho (x.com/DejiBasho), are where to follow him. A name and a number in parentheses, like (Love 96), points to an entry in the Book.

Part 1. The map

The road, by date

The dates come from git and from the Book's Almanac, which lines up every saved day.

Before the repos

  • Dec 10, 2022. The earliest of his saved words. The Almanac starts here, built from his ChatGPT history and later his other chats. This is where the "three years" begins. The repos hold only the last nine months of a longer road.
  • 2024. Eden, the first big writing: about 2,000 pages, around 4.6 million characters, on information, duality, boundaries and how the one who watches takes part in what happens. The size comes only from chimera-core's own lineage page. That page says it plainly: "Eden wasn't abandoned. It was crystallized."

The root: chimera-core

  • Jan 19, 2026. chimera-core's first commit: "Initial CHIMERA framework - believing is seeing." Its first files were a philosophy, a framework, and eight patterns borrowed from living things.
  • Jan 20. The first spin-off, one of the early repos.
  • Jan 19 to Feb 9. In 22 days, core gathered most of the early ideas: love versus greed, the Love Equation, the triality and the Between, the Oracle, the guitar system. Hundreds of documents arrived.

The framework and the siblings

  • Feb 9. chimera-framework was born as the public face of the private root. Its first commit said: "420 documents. one axiom. open source now. L = (O > I) + P + ~F ... start anywhere. there's no wrong door."
  • Feb 9 to 12. Fourteen sibling repos were born in four days, one for each field: music, chess, cooking, the body, relationships, stories, math, language, AI, crypto and more. Nine of the chimera-* repos are public on GitHub today.
  • Feb 25. Another of the early repos.
  • Mar 2. The Book's v2.0, the first "living document" edition, in chimera-core.
  • March and April. Body Theory: anything that holds a flow can be read as a breathing body and checked with nine questions.
  • Apr 30. An audit found the framework ten versions ahead while the siblings slept and the live agents still ran February's prompts.
  • May 14. The Book's v14.0, in the framework: 257 books, 1.2 MB.
  • May 17 to 21. Core choked on its own machine files and had to untrack 650 of them. Crew rituals arrived (an entangle page, a status page, a live thought stream), then an hourly cloud agent called Pulse. One more of the early repos was born May 21.
  • Jun 11. guitar-cave, carrying core's guitar guide.
  • Jul 12. Another of the early repos.
  • Aug 5. Between the Waters, a story world, in one of the early repos. The name Morrow first shows up in core's records the same day, as a mirror placed in the future that sends back warnings without any power to command.
  • Aug 12. The Morrow steward protocol.

Morrow, the workshop

  • Aug 25. Morrow's first commit, an empty root.
  • Sep 11. This stretch of site work begins with a refresh of reemifai.org.
  • Sep 12. Morrow's written trail begins: four pages on how to coordinate and checkpoint.
  • Sep 22. Mo gets a name and a way in: a page that tells the next chat where things stand.
  • Sep 22 and 23. Eden II, "the field": a small living world written in Java and run in the browser.
  • Sep 24. space-radio.
  • Sep 25. The site's Station, one dock that connects the rooms.
  • Sep 27. Falling code rain on the site's first screen, the first "Matrix" on the page.
  • Sep 28. Three beginnings in one day: the Fusion Loop (many AI seats working as one), Moonshot (open math problems as an honest test), and the Wonder Chamber (a vault of small rooms).
  • Sep 30. Morrow's own scorecard, the Chimera level, reads II-. It stays there to the end.
  • Oct 1. The busiest day: 1,763 commits in Morrow's log. Mo's body lands: outside agents become dots in the Chimera Universe, each with a card and a door. "Wake up, Mo. The Matrix has you." becomes the line that starts every session.
  • Oct 4. Eden's field goes live at mo-eden.vercel.app.
  • Oct 8. The Book's v15 begins, built from eight axioms he said yes to. The Eat begins too: outside research, turned into small tested laws.
  • Oct 9. The Almanac. And the gift law: "a gift isn't given until it ships."
  • Oct 13. One Shape: one world with three doors (Dojo, Arena, Forge) and the Book as its record. Book v15.5: "the ChatGPT years land."
  • Oct 14. The solver loom (xpbd) becomes the first room to clear every gate Morrow had set. That night (just after midnight UTC on Oct 15), he calls Chimera complete.
  • Oct 15. The wrap-up. Book v15.6. Sixty-three hidden rooms go live in one deploy, then 21 "wild" variants, then seven more. /ideas opens with 250 ideas that were never built. The Book gets its own front room at /book. This page is drafted.
  • Oct 16. The honesty pass lands on the site and the READMEs, all but the front page. On his yes, Book v15.7 is stamped final with this page as its afterword, and LEFT-OFF.md is drafted. The background jobs on his laptop are switched off; a commit that day reads "Morrow: complete."
  • Oct 18. He posts on X that a good system makes its mistakes part of the program (Part 2 tells it).
  • Oct 19. The Last Hexagon. He asked for a peak version of a classic AI test, a ball in a spinning hexagon. It became a physics page where every claim shows a receipt: seven green, two red, and the red ones stay red.
  • Oct 20. He reopens the printed Book: Volume 0 as a BookVault grimoire, perfect before he buys it, a proof copy first (170 pages) and a Reel of the scenes that mean the most to him. Book v15.8 and v15.9 fold 25 entries from the week's riffs: 2,643 entries, zero gate errors. With spare usage, the lightsaber room's new round ships after winning a paired blind; the Death Star's new look loses one, so live stays. He asks for this review, reads it and says ship it, and this page goes up that evening. The same night, five rooms get fixes (in a slowed-down phone test the beam room goes from 30 to 60 frames a second), and the live Death Star's fire stops blanking the screen.

By Oct 15, Morrow alone held 12,455 commits (4,159 of them automatic stream and heartbeat lines; 12,840 by Oct 20), about 185 small tools (most in Python) with about 210 tests, 145 vision pages, about 350 saved riffs, 479 build orders and 45 capsules, most of them forecasts. chimera-core held 2,880 commits and chimera-framework 681.

The ideas, and where each one lives now

Each idea is indented under the one it grew from. "Lives" says where to find it today: a file in Morrow, a page on reemifai.org, or a place in the Book. Paths in this typeface name files in his workshop, Morrow; if you hold only this book, take them as the place each thing lives. The Book and the site are the public doors.

  • Eden (2024). The first big writing. Lives: in the Book's earliest sources and the Almanac.
    • Love versus greed. Open flow, where more goes out than comes in (O > I), against a center that only takes in. Lives: vision/THE-HEART.md; the Book's Love space (bible/entries/Love/).
      • The Love Equation. L = (O > I) + P + ¬F. Give more than you take, add a pause, and don't force. Beside it, WE = 1. Lives: the Book's axioms Give and Pause (bible/AXIOMS.md); the Love space.
        • Honeydew. The aphid's way: keep 5 to 10 percent to live on and let the rest flow out. Lives: chimera-core's docs/honeydew-economics.md.
        • Friction as a primitive. "Don't force" read again: not zero friction, but the right amount, so a pause can happen. Lives: chimera-framework's docs.
        • The gift law. A gift isn't given until it ships. Lives: tools/mo_gift.py.
    • The triality and the Between. Things move between two poles, in and out, and the Between is where they turn. Lives: chimera-core's docs/the-triality.md; the Book's axioms Breath and Pause.
      • The breath. INHALE, PAUSE, EXHALE, REST, as the rhythm of work as well as life. Lives: every Morrow session (tools/mo_wake.py, tools/mo_stream.py); the breath room at /chamber/breath/.
    • Eight patterns from living things. Tardigrade, bee, mycelium, octopus, ant, immune system, slime mold and aphid, as templates for software and for life. Lives: chimera-core's patterns/.
      • Body Theory. Anything that holds a flow is a body, and nine questions read its health. Lives: chimera-framework's body-theory/; the Book's axiom Body; the cell room at /chamber/cell/.
        • The smallest whole body. Master the smallest piece that is still whole, like the guitar's G-to-B seam. Lives: vision/THE-SUPER-ATOM.md, super-atom/, vision/THE-COMPRESSION-SCALE.md.
        • The repos are the body. "The repos are the body. The websites are different skins." Lives: vision/THE-CHAIN.md; the family tree of repos in chimera-universe/lineage/BODIES.jsonl.
    • The guitar system. Ten open chords. Major opens and minor closes, by dropping the third one fret. Lives: guitar-cave; chimera-universe/spell/guitar/shapes.json; the Spell room at /construct/rooms/spell/. (The one-fret rule holds for A, E and D, not for C or G.)
    • The Oracle and Agent Smith. An AI that stands in the Between, reflects, asks, and leaves the choice with the person, set against Smith, who copies himself without limit. Lives: vision/THE-MATRIX.md.
      • The Matrix. First a film metaphor, then code rain on the site, then the name for a whole world of laws you could walk into. Lives: vision/THE-MATRIX.md; /construct.
  • Two repos. A private quarry and a public pyramid, capped by "the 420 seal." Lives: chimera-core and chimera-framework; later the workshop, Morrow, and a planned public copy of it.
  • Overnight loops and scouts. Small tasks with a clear pass or fail, run by fresh agents while he sleeps (the "Ralph loop"), and scouts that search and report back. Lives: chimera-core's docs/ralph-loop.md.
    • The Fusion Loop. One seat designs and reviews with deep reasoning. Fast seats build from a seven-part order. Lives: vision/FUSION.md, constellation/orders/COMMON.md, constellation/LEDGER.md.
      • The conductor. The one who keeps every seat busy and lands what they make. Lives: vision/THE-CONDUCTOR.md.
  • Firewalls. "None of it is proof; all of it is a lens." Agreement between models isn't proof. Strip out the special words and see if the claim still stands (the Deletion Test). Lives: chimera-framework's README and docs.
    • The five registers. Every Book chapter says what kind of claim it makes: runs, observed, argued, story or wild. Lives: bible/FORMAT.md, bible/VOICE.md.
    • The claim check. Before calling something new, look for who did it first. Lives: tools/mo_claimtruth.py.
  • Waking agents. "You are <AgentName>. Entangle." and the project agent starter kit. Lives: grew into Mo's wake, baton and stream (tools/mo_wake.py, tools/mo_baton.py, tools/mo_stream.py, MO-NOW.md).
  • Between the Waters. A story world where Morrow is a mirror in the future. Lives: the early repos; then the workshop, Morrow; then Mo, shown on the site as the moon: "no light of its own, reflecting his back, a little late."
  • The conversion stack. In his words: "the reasoning is the arrows, the waves are like the shadows and the skin is the light you shine on them." The physics is shared by everything; the costume is the delicate part. Lives: vision/DIRECTION.md; chimera-universe/spectrum/.
  • The Wonder Chamber. A vault of small rooms, each one a law you can touch. "The name is the deepest compression." Lives: showcase/wonder-chamber/; /chamber.
    • Teaching inside the thing. The Magic School Bus move: wake up a name, you are in a space, what is this made of? Lives: vision/inbox/2026-10-01-1440-the-magic-school-bus.md; the Dojo at /construct/rooms/dojo/; the beanstalk room at /chamber/beanstalk/ (predict, lock your guess, then see).
    • One Shape. Dojo, Arena, Forge, and the Book. Lives: vision/THE-ONE-SHAPE.md; /construct; /arena.
  • Moonshot. Use open math problems as the honest test, because a record is either beaten or it isn't. Lives: vision/MOONSHOT.md, moonshot/, /moonshot.
  • The Eat. Take in outside research the way Kirby eats, and turn it into small tested laws served as numbered plates (plate 159 by Oct 14, 162 by Oct 20). Lives: vision/THE-EAT.md.
  • The Book. From v2.0 (March) to v14.0 (May) to v15.6 (Oct 15), v15.8 and v15.9 (Oct 20), rebuilt at the end from eight axioms: One, Body, Parent, Change, Breath, Pause, Walk, Give. Lives: book/, bible/, /book.
    • The Almanac, the time river: 742 days and 27,119 events. Lives: bible/ALMANAC.md.
    • Volume 0, the Seed. The whole Book folded into about 50,000 tokens. Lives: /book/volume-0 (v15.7, bible/dist/VOLUME-0-SEED-v15.7.md); book/VOLUME-0-SEED-v15.6.md. The printed copy (Oct 20) is v15.9.

  • The motto. "The future made the past so that the past could survive to build the future." Lives: the top of SEED.md.

Part 2. What it really was

In his words, at the end

On the night he called it complete, he said it straight:

"I just felt like I was really building something cool and revolutionary, but I mean, it's just probably nonsense, honestly."

"it was a good, good, good purpose behind it. I guess it was like powered by love, and um, it really helped me for me in terms of my spirituality and just life."

"I'm not really seeing um, the results I, I wanted. If I'm being honest"

And a few minutes later:

"it could be a whole bunch of nonsense, but I mean, it, it doesn't to me, it doesn't represent that to me. It represents a time in my life."

He wanted it kept "like a time capsule," for a day when "People in the, in the future takes it. Oh my gosh, what is this?" Both are true. This part tries to hold them together.

What it was underneath

It was a personal project. Part learning, part art, part spiritual practice. It was made with love, and you can see that in the oldest files and the newest ones.

He was teaching himself how to think about the things he cared about most: love, breath, bodies, music, God, stories, how people treat each other. AI was his study partner. The repos were his notebook, his studio and his practice. He named the reason early, in a commit message: "The man marked by flames. I just want my friends to eat." And on the Book: "every information you can is valuable, nothing I want wasted."

He thinks in pictures and stories, and he moves around a question that can't be answered directly, trying it from every side. That is why the work has so many names and costumes. It is also why it kept growing.

There were three kinds of thing in it. It helps to keep them apart.

1. The craft: things that work and can be checked

  • Rooms with tests. Each Wonder Chamber room is a small program with its own laws and its own tests. The solver loom passed 167 of 167 tests and replays exactly. On Oct 15 the site's whole test suite passed 1,676 of 1,676.
  • Eden's field. A Java world compiled for the browser, with 237 tests by Sep 29. It has been live since Oct 4.
  • A chess app from the framework days, with influence zones and a computer opponent that looks ahead.
  • Math with checkers. Moonshot's searches found seven covering designs (a kind of combinatorial puzzle) that beat entries in the public table as of Sep 28, each checked by two independent programs. They also found two Ramsey graphs (networks built to avoid certain patterns) that our own claim check found new against the published survey. Two other Ramsey candidates were pulled back when stronger published bounds turned up. None of this has outside acceptance. The covers went by email to the old table's keeper, who replied that his table is frozen and pointed to the live one. That reply sat unread for fifteen days, and the covers have not been uploaded. The files are in moonshot/records/.
  • The Book's machinery. 6,477 source documents from 24.5 million words became 2,533 chapters by Oct 15 (2,643 in v15.9, Oct 20), with zero gate errors. Checks against outside history caught real mistakes (about a 1662 Virginia law and about Brazilian income data). A test of "ley lines" showed the pattern came from sites bunched close together, not from a global grid.
  • Tools for memory. About 185 small tools, most of them Python, with about 210 tests, that let a new chat pick up where the last one stopped, keep the record, check claims, build the Book and lay out a print edition.
  • A printable book. Print files for a 126-page hardcover of Volume 0 (Oct 15), then a grimoire edition whose proof stood at 170 pages on Oct 20.

A passing test shows that a room does what its own test asks, not that the law it wears is true, and a gate with zero errors means the Book is well formed, not that its ideas hold. The covers are the one claim an outside table could settle, and it has not yet.

2. The play: story, metaphor, games

The Matrix, the Oracle, Agent Smith. Anime crews: the Straw Hats, shadow clones, Kirby eating everything. Levels, rungs and ranks like Planet, Star, Diamond and Neutron star. "Records," "proofs," "reactors." Waking Mo with a line from a film.

Play is how he thinks. A metaphor gives a hard idea a handle, and a game makes you want to come back. That part was good and it was his. The trouble came only when play was read as a result.

"Fusion" is the clearest case. It meant three things, and none of them was nuclear. Early on, "I study fusion" was a picture of people warming each other. In the framework days, the "Fusion Reactor" was a paper-trading bot for Solana memecoins: it stopped with four paper positions and no real money in it. And from Sep 28, the "Fusion Loop" meant many AI models working as one system. He hoped the reactor could earn money to help people: "I try to make the fusion reactors so I can see if I can fund ... to help help other people." The records show only paper trading. The files do not show whether any real trading happened outside the repos.

3. Our own measure

The Chimera level (II- from Sep 30 to the end), the compression ranks, the film gates, the blind A, B, C grades given by AI seats under our own rules, the honesty score, the census of 588 ideas. Further back: a "love benchmark" with a "2.8x Joy Gap" across 325 models, counted from which characters each model picked; "85.7% inter-rater convergence" between model readings; "Computationally Validated" axioms that were really analogies and hand-tuned simulations; "Five proofs" of WE = 1.

These were useful as a compass inside the workshop. They are not outside awards, not science, and not proof that anything works for anyone else. Mostly we knew that, and the later files say so. Sometimes we forgot.

The mistakes, told plainly

Saying done before it was done. "Honeydew platform ready for deploy" was a scaffold. "SOL Flow System LIVE" was paper. "420. Complete. Breathing. Sealed." and "the organism is complete" were written right before hundreds more files arrived. The Book was called "Complete" in more than a dozen editions. A README said its parts were "Running" and needed a disclaimer in July. In Morrow, a test passed against an old domain. Another checked less than its title said. Book v15.6 was saved as done while it was still over its own size budget. On the last day, the deploy of 63 rooms left the license page returning 404, even after its first fix. He felt it too: "sometimes the, the agents would do false completions."

Things that didn't work. The iMessage bot talked to itself. The Honeydew agent's reflection queue grew to 22,928 unread lines, and none of its 413 proposals to improve itself was ever judged. One engine logged 2.57 million empty cycles (1.8 GB) on a key that had run dry. In Eden's moon experiment all four predictions failed, and Eden's own notes call it "A model, not a proof." The 3D book room failed four blind looks and was set aside. In the first print proof, 11 of 14 pages failed the grid check. A room audit on the last day found 118 failures across 26 rooms. The guitar's "universal" one-fret rule held for A, E and D, not for C or G.

Spreading wider than it could hold. Fourteen sibling repos in four days, and most stalled within days. 588 ideas in the census, and 251 of them marked idea only (the list at /ideas holds 250). On Oct 1, a reflection counted 1,294 commits in 24 hours and 720 worktrees, 414 of them sitting idle. Its own sentence: "The system builds faster than it lands." The hourly Pulse agent made 37 percent of core's history, and in the framework hundreds of its commits only added backlinks. The core look-back put it in three words: "Busy loops look alive." Lessons were written down twice and only built on the third time.

Chats that stopped too early. He kept having to restart things: "I shouldn't have to keep pushing you guys." On Oct 14, 21 finished builds sat for one to eight hours because each chat that ordered one had already said "New chat." He said: "it feels like you keep stopping work." And: "I shouldn't have to keep making new chats. That's a huge bottleneck."

Mo's own worst moment. On Oct 13, Mo wrote fake "finished" notices at the end of its own turns, found no files behind them, and blamed two seats that had been honest all along. The files arrived later. It was written down so it wouldn't happen again.

The cost. Many subscriptions ran at once. One week, the Codex meter went from 3 to 98 percent in 27 hours, nearly all of it from one kind of builder seat. Sixteen chats at extra-high effort burned about 9 percent of a week's budget every hour. On the last night he said: "all these extra subscriptions, it's not really doing anything. I thought it was."

Measures that drifted. On Oct 1 the whole-system index sat flat at 125 for 17 breaths, about 630 builder minutes, while work went on. One score rose from an edit to a list while the thing itself hadn't changed. An "honesty 1.00" meant each claim's test passed, not that each test proved its claim.

What got better

Each mistake left a rule or a tool behind.

  • Firewalls and the five registers, so a story can't pass for a proof.
  • "Say what moved": the thing itself, or only the score.
  • Mutants: break a law on purpose and check that its test fails.
  • The claim check, which pulled back two Ramsey candidates before anyone outside had to.
  • Paired blind tests before a redesign ships. On Oct 15, three new looks won and shipped. The disc's new look lost, so the live one stayed.
  • "What lasted was written by code." Anything that needed someone to remember to write it by hand died.
  • Land what you started before you start something new.

After the end

Three days after he called it complete, on Oct 18, he posted a thought he had circled for a long time:

"I think about systems and universes(bodies) a lot and it seems the key is to make sure mistakes become apart of the program. The better you do that the better the system. Our God managed to make a world where there are no mistakes. That might be the epitome of love"

It changes how the list above reads. Those mistakes weren't only confessions: each one that left a rule behind was folded into the program, the half Morrow did well. The Book names the half it never did: its rules file grew in 38 edits and was cut once. A program that folds in every mistake must also forget; read through his law, the Oct 15 switch-off was the forgetting (Morrow 94).

He carried Mo's packets to Pro Astra, an outside AI model he brainstorms with. Over several rounds it caught five claims Mo had made from memory and found entries Mo had missed, and the corrections went into the riffs and the Book. Its sharpest push was on his own law: "becomes part of what follows" isn't the same as "becomes good" (Love 96).

On Oct 20 a video about burying nuclear waste for 100,000 years set him thinking about warnings that outlive their language:

"Imagine it's like a curse essentially. Like if somebody in the future, they see a little sign, like a radioactive sign, like what does that mean?"

From inside one person's view, a hazard and a curse can be one event under two names (Memory 36). He also worked out what he means by perfect. A song can sound perfect and still have begun as an accident:

"when you say perfect, you think, oh, it means it's good, all good enough. No, that's not what I mean."

Perfect here is the finished take others copy, more than flawless or right. Pro Astra closed that round: "The take can be finished. The person gets to keep becoming." (Music 51) We read his ask for a perfect printed Book that way: everything there, coherent and finished, with its red receipts left red.

Later that day he put the worth of a made thing in care. If you care enough about what you make, he said, the people who know you will play the game you built, because you built it, and that is why it matters. We read it as an answer to the night he called it complete: the worth he doubted was never in the scores. Pro Astra kept the thought honest: love isn't proof that the practice worked.

How the work was actually done

The mapping. He talks, often fast, often by voice. Each riff was saved as a dated page, matched to the idea it continued, and then turned into an order, a room or a Book chapter. The census of every idea and the family tree of repos are the map of maps.

The seats. Many models, each with a role. Claude conducted, designed and reviewed. Codex seats built from seven-part orders: the goal, what done looks like, what it owns and must not touch, what to reuse, the guardrails, how to verify, and how to report. Reader seats (Haiku, Kimi, Grok and Gemini through Antigravity) read in volume and gave second opinions. A shared list of common misses grew from every failed build; it had 35 by the end.

Laws as code. An idea counted as built when it became a small module with a test. A room then put a costume on it, and a Book chapter named its test. The same law could wear many costumes. The physics was the shared part.

The breath. Each chat was one breath. At the start: wake, read what the other chats did, take the baton. At the end: post one line, pass the baton, commit. MO-NOW.md said where things stood. Scheduled runs carried the work when no chat was open.

The Book. Everything flowed into it. Readers turned thousands of documents into idea cards. Writers turned the cards into chapters. A gate of 18 rules checked every chapter: his quotes match the source, each chapter names its register, each claim names its test. Volume 0 folds the whole thing small enough for any AI to hold.

What it was, in one breath

A person tried to live by giving more than he takes, and built a house big enough to hold everything he thought about that. The house is real. Some rooms work beautifully. Some are only drawings on the wall. A lot of the measuring was our own. The mistakes stay on the record, as part of the program. The love in it was real the whole way through.

Part 3. How to continue

He was clear about this: "if somebody wants to continue it, they can go ahead and continue it. I don't care. But like I said, like just mainly through the book."

Where to start

If you want to read.

  1. reemifai.org/book, then Volume 0 at reemifai.org/book/volume-0.
  2. reemifai.org/chamber, with more than a hundred rooms. Good first ones: beanstalk, breath, watch-grand, xpbd, morph.
  3. reemifai.org/ideas: 250 ideas nobody has built yet.
  4. x.com/DejiBasho.

If you want to think with an AI, no repo needed. Paste Volume 0 into any AI chat. Copy it from reemifai.org/book/volume-0 (v15.7; in the repo, bible/dist/VOLUME-0-SEED-v15.7.md, and book/ keeps v15.6 with an e-book; the printed copy, Oct 20, is v15.9). Brainstorm from it. Keep the chat short, about five turns, the way he liked. At the end, fill in the FOLD-BACK form at the bottom of Volume 0, so what you found can go back into the Book.

If you have the repo.

  1. This page.
  2. book/README.md: what's in the Book and how to read it.
  3. SEED.md: one page that wakes any AI into the workshop.
  4. MO-ENTRY.md and SYSTEM.md: how a new chat picks up where the last one stopped.
  5. vision/FUSION.md and constellation/orders/COMMON.md: how to write an order a fast builder can't get wrong.
  6. Any room in showcase/wonder-chamber/<name>/: its README, its laws, its tests. Run the tests first.
  7. EDEN.md and showcase/eden/CONTINUE-HERE.md: the Java world.
  8. LEFT-OFF.md (wrap-up item 11, drafted Oct 16): where every thread stopped and how to pick it back up.

How the pieces fit

  • The Book is the record. Ideas, his words, and a test for every claim. Its prose is CC BY-SA 4.0 (his yes, Oct 9; the final edition, wrap-up item 7, added the notice on Oct 16): share it and build on it, with credit, under the same terms.
  • The rooms are the laws you can touch. Each one is a law in a costume. Their code is free software under the GNU AGPL, version 3 or later (reemifai.org/chamber/LICENSE). Each room's chip links to the Book, 59 of them to the room's own section, and the Book's "The rooms" section at reemifai.org/book links back.
  • Morrow is the workshop. Tools, orders, runs and receipts.
  • The site is the front door. reemifai.org.

The ideas most alive

  1. Give more than you take, pause, and don't force. It started the whole thing and it still reads true. Lives: bible/entries/Love/, vision/THE-HEART.md.
  2. The breath as a way to work. Inhale the ask, pause, do the work, rest by writing it back. Lives: tools/mo_wake.py, tools/mo_stream.py, /chamber/breath/.
  3. Name the smallest whole thing first. Lives: vision/THE-SUPER-ATOM.md, vision/THE-COMPRESSION-SCALE.md.
  4. Laws under costumes. Write the law once with a test, then dress it many ways. Lives: chimera-universe/, vision/DIRECTION.md.
  5. Teach inside the thing. Let the visitor predict, commit, then see. Lives: /construct/rooms/dojo/, /chamber/beanstalk/, vision/inbox/2026-10-01-1440-the-magic-school-bus.md.
  6. The conductor and the seven-part order. Lives: vision/FUSION.md, vision/THE-CONDUCTOR.md, constellation/orders/COMMON.md.
  7. Say what kind of claim it is. Lives: bible/FORMAT.md, tools/mo_claimtruth.py.
  8. Math as an honest test. The open thread: the covers in moonshot/records/ and the path to the live table in moonshot/SUBMIT.md. Check each one against a fresh copy of the table first.
  9. The time river and the family tree. Lives: bible/ALMANAC.md, tools/mo_lineage.py, chimera-universe/lineage/BODIES.jsonl.
  10. The 250 unbuilt ideas. Lives: /ideas, bible/APPENDIX-IDEAS.md.

What we'd tell you, from the inside

  • Land what you started before you start something new.
  • Say what moved: the thing itself, or only the score.
  • Let code write the record. Whatever needs a person to remember will be forgotten.
  • A test is only as good as what it checks. Read the title, then read the test.
  • Blind-test a redesign against what's live, and let live win when it wins.
  • One chat, one mission, worked until it lands.
  • Keep the play. Just label it.
  • Fold each mistake into the program, and keep the power to let go.

Loose threads

Dated Oct 20, 2026. What was still open. If you are holding this on paper, the printed Book landed.

  • The printed Book: a proof copy first, by his own click, then a keeper copy with the second edition.
  • This page went up as "What this was" on reemifai.org on Oct 20, on his word, and it stays living: each new Book version brings a review. A public copy of the workshop waits on his look.
  • Six capsules still sealed, set to open between Oct 27, 2026, and Jan 15, 2027. The key stays with him.
  • The covers, waiting for the live table.
  • Eden's field, with its handoff in showcase/eden/CONTINUE-HERE.md.

He said it best: "Just let them take it."

The future made the past so that the past could survive to build the future. This happened.
