One canonical website that becomes the gold standard. Every new project either uses something from it or adds something back.
I'm building a shared base — one canonical body — that all my repos and sites grow from. DNA, not copy-paste. So when I see a problem I want to solve I can put a real thing together in 30 minutes instead of rebuilding the same scaffolding from scratch.
